The joined table will have all records from the origin table irrespective of whether a matching record is
found in the destination table. Unmatched records will contain nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) values. In database
terminology this is equivalent to a left-outer join.

The joined table will only contains matching records. Unmatched records will be absent. In database
