Type Parameters

- A derived MapItem type; only PackageChildLayers may be descendants of PackageLayer.
Return Value
A read-only collection of items in the PackageLayer matching the specified MapItem type; only PackageChildLayers may be descendants of PackageLayer. Returns an empty collection if no matching items are found.Remarks
Although the signature of this method indicates any MapItem type may be passed in, this is for consistency with the GetMapItems method on other types of MapItem; in the specific case of a PackageLayer, only PackageChildLayers may be present as descendants.
