A new Point.Remarks
The label point of a Polygon is located inside the boundary of the Polygon, near the center of gravity of the shape. If the Polygon holes, islands or other multiple parts, then the label point (unlike the Center) will always be inside the Polygon.
A new Point is returned from each GetLabelPoint call.
