A Color in the underlying raster that will not be displayed by the RasterLayer.Remarks
Sometimes there are homogeneous areas in a raster dataset that you don't want to display. These can include borders, backgrounds,
or other data considered to not have valid values. Use this property to designate a specific color in the raster that will not be displayed
by the layer.
