Copying a row when editing table fields

You can streamline adding table fields by selecting and copying entire rows during table editing.

Steps:
  1. Verify that you are in layout view if necessary.
  2. Right-click the graphic table element and click Properties.

    The Table Properties dialog box appears.

  3. If necessary, click the Table Fields tab.

    The Table Fields tab appears.

  4. Right-click a row and click Copy Selected Row.
  5. Click Add Field.
  6. Right-click the new added row and click Paste.
