Adding a new page size
You can add new page sizes to the Layout Rules dialog box on the Adjustable Page Size tab. You can also remove page sizes. Custom page sizes are stored with layout rules so they can be reapplied across a production environment.
Steps:
- Start ArcMap.
- Open an existing map document or create a new map document and add data to it.
- Switch to layout view.
- On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Production Cartography.
- Click the Layout window button .
The Layout window appears.
- Click the Apply Layout Rules button.
The Apply Layout Rules dialog box appears.
- Click the Properties button .
The Layout Rules dialog box appears.
- If necessary, click the Adjustable Page Size tab.
- Click Add.
The Add New Page Size dialog box appears.
- If necessary, click the Type drop-down list and choose Custom.
- Type the new page size name in the Name text box.
- Type a value in the Width text box.
- Type a value in the Height text box.
- Click the Units drop-down list and choose a unit type.
- Click the Orientation drop-down list and choose an orientation type.
- Click OK.
Note:
To remove a page size, check its check box on in the Page Sizes list and click Remove.
