Viewing error information for a shared map sheet

If a map sheet has errors, its name appears in red in the MPS Atlas window. There are several things that could cause a map sheet to be in error, for example, if the AOI source data feature class has been removed, or if a map sheet has been moved to a new location. The Show Error Information command opens a dialog box that provides descriptions of any map sheet errors it has encountered.

Steps:

1. Start ArcMap.
2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > MPS Atlas.
3. Click the MPS Atlas window button on the MPS Atlas toolbar.

   The MPS Atlas window appears.

4. Right-click the shared map sheet and click Show Error Information.

   The Error dialog box appears.

5. Click OK when you are finished viewing the errors.
