Copying a row when editing table fields
You can streamline adding table fields by selecting and copying entire rows during table editing.
Steps:
- Verify that you are in layout view if necessary.

Right-click the graphic table element and click Properties.
The Table Properties dialog box appears.
- If necessary, click the Table Fields tab.
The Table Fields tab appears.
- Right-click a row and click Copy Selected Row.
- Click Add Field.
- Right-click the new added row and click Paste.
