080186 : Input dataset has empty attribute table

Description

Any input dataset must contain a valid attribute table.

Solution

Re-create your input dataset and verify that it contains a valid attribute table by loading the layer into ArcMap and opening the attribute table and verifying that the table can read and does not contain NULL values.
