Description

The customer file input to the Match Level Summary report wasnt valid.

Solution

Verify that the customer layer exists and/or is not corrupted. You can verify if the layer is valid by either adding the layer to ArcMAP to see if the file draws correctly or preview it in ArcCatalog.
