Description

When running any analysis in Business Analyst that is comparing one segmentation profile to another you must be certain that the bases used to create the profiles are the same since the counts for Adults and Households for each segment are different.

Solution

Verify that your profiles are using the same base (adults or HHs) and if you cannot determine which base was selected for one or both profiles you will need to recreate each profile.
