080049 : License is not available

Description

This error appears if any GP function is run and Business Analyst isn't licenced or a Segmentation Analysis/Profiles is executed and the Segmentaion extension isn't licenced.

Solution

Verify that the both the ArcGIS license for Business Analyst and/or the data license are activated.
