080047 : Failed to get feature from customer feature class

Description

Used in: Assign by Closest Store Location and Assign by Trade Area. Couldn't open customer feature class for writing. The file is locked by another application that's reading from it or writing to it.

Solution

Close all applications outside of ArcView that area accessing the customer file used for input in this tool.
