The My Output Data folder must be accessible to the user in order to generate reports.

Solution

Verify that the current path to the My Output Folder directory is still accessible to the user. You can view the current path by accessing the Business Analyst drop-down menu and selecting Preferences. From the General tab you can set/view the My Output Folder's current path.
