080137 : Error from Geometry Engine

Description

There is not enough physical memory on the system that Business Analyst is installaed on. Or there is an invalid geometry in Boundary Layer.

Solution

Verify that there are enough system resources available to run the tool. Or load the boundary layer into ArcMAP and verify that each feature of the boundary layer displays properly.
