The target database chosen does not support a window size pyramid type.

Solution

Versions of ArcGIS prior to ArcGIS 9.3 do not support a window size pyramid type. Check the version that the database was created in. If necessary, upgrade the geodatabase to a version that supports a window size pyramid type.
