040002 : Not enough memory.

Description

This error may be due to one of the following conditions:

1. There is not enough virtual memory, or the available memory is fragmented.
2. The page file size is too small.
3. Not enough memory is available in the temporary directory.

Solution

Contact Esri Support.

Note: Simply increasing physical memory, virtual memory, or disk space may not solve the problem.
