030083 : Failed to dissolve the network dataset.

Description

The Dissolve Network tool cannot dissolve the input network dataset. Some common reasons for the tool failure are as follows:

• Input network dataset is not built.
• The output geodatabase already contains tables, feature classes, or network dataset that will be created by the tool.

Solution

Check the messages returned by the tool to figure out the possible reasons for the failure. If the input network dataset is not built, use the Build Network tool to build the network dataset. Create a new geodatabase and specify it as the output geodatabase workspace.
