Description

The time configuration contains an invalid value for the start or end hour. For the Within a day time configuration, the end time cannot be smaller (earlier) than the start time.

Solution

Specify an end time that is greater than (later) or equal to the start time. The period should not extend beyond 24 hours in one day.
