000365 : Invalid geographic transformation.

Description

Changing the spatial reference of a dataset using the Project tool may require a datum transformation. If you use the tool dialog box, a set of available transformations will populate the drop-down list.

Solution

Select a valid transformation from the drop-down list on the tool dialog box. If you are using a script, you must know beforehand which transformation to use.
