000076 : Cannot update an annotation feature class that already has subtypes.

Description

Annotation feature classes that have subtypes cannot be updated to the 9.x annotation model. The update will create new subtypes that cannot be created when there are existing subtypes.

Solution

Remove the subtypes from the 8.x annotation feature class.
