000710 : Unable to connect to the server

Description

You see this error message when you are not able to connect to the server (the host name) that you specified.

Solution

Make sure ArcGIS Server is installed on the host machine and the SOM is running on that machine. Also, make sure you have admin privileges on the server machine.
