Description

Two polygons are contiguous, and consequently are neighbors, if they share a boundary. Distance is not used to determine contiguity. Consequently, the Distance Band and Threshold Distance values you provided are ignored.

Solution

You do not need to specify a Distance Band or Threshold Distance value when Polygon Contiguity is selected for the Conceptualization of Spatial Relationships parameter.
