Managing annotation groups

Steps:

1. Right-click the data frame in the table of contents and click Properties.
2. Click the Annotation Groups tab.
3. Turn annotation groups on and off, create new groups, delete groups, and edit annotation group properties including reference scale, as desired.
4. Click OK.
