How to control the appearance of scroll bars in data view

Steps:

1. Click the Tools menu and click Options.
2. Click the 2D Data View tab.
3. Uncheck Show scroll bars to turn them off.
4. Click OK.

   Note:

   This setting does not apply to published maps that contain 3D globe content.

Tip:

Scroll bars can be toggled on and off from the View menu.
