Accessing data view

Steps:

1. Click the View menu and point to Data View.
2. The selected data frame is the active data frame.
3. Click a data frame.

The selected data frame is the active view.

Tip:

1. Not all maps have both data view and layout view. The map author may create the map with only one view. You can see if both views are available by using the Map Properties dialog box from the File menu.
2. Maps that contain globes do not have data frames or a layout view.
