Starting ArcReader from Windows Explorer

Steps:

1. Open Windows Explorer and right-click a published map.

Published maps are indicated by the Published Map icon .

2. Point to Open With and click ArcReader.exe.

Tip:

1. From the right-click menu, notice that you can also choose to open the published map with a specific template.
2. If bookmarks are present in the published map, you also have the option of opening the published map to a specific bookmark.
