Adding three subdatasets as an RGB layer in ArcMap

Prerequisite:

This capability is only applicable when all three layers fully overlap.

Steps:

1. In ArcMap, click the Add Data button .
2. Navigate to the location of the HDF or NITF file.
3. Click the file and click Add.

   The Subdataset Selection dialog box opens.

4. Holding the CTRL key, highlight the three (or more) subdatasets to add as bands.
5. Check the Add as RGB layer check box.

6. Click OK.
