Checking if pyramids have been created

Steps:

1. Right-click the raster dataset in the table of contents or Catalog window and click Properties.
2. If you opened it from the table of contents, click the Source tab.
3. In the Raster Information section, the value next to the pyramid property is either absent or information about the current pyramids built—the number of levels in the pyramid and the resampling method is listed. If absent, pyramids have not been built for this raster dataset; if present, pyramids have been built.
