Definition
ST_GeomCollFromShape constructs a geometry collection from an ESRI shape.
Syntax
sde.st_geomcollfromshape (esri_shape bytea, srid integer)

Example
Create a table, gcollection.
CREATE TABLE gcollection (pkey integer, shape sde.st_geomcollection );
Insert values in the gcollection table.

Select the geometry from the gcollection table.
