Loading an abbreviation dictionary

Steps:

1. On the Labeling toolbar, click Labeling > Abbreviation Dictionaries.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Open From File if you want to open a dictionary file.

Click Import From Database Table if you want to open a database table.

4. Navigate to the location where the abbreviation dictionary is saved.
5. Click the dictionary file or table.
6. Click Open.
7. Click OK.
