The general ArcMap tools provided with Workflow Manager exist to assist you with your work, in regard to the particular job you are working on.
The Workflow Manager extension must be associated with a Workflow Manager job to use these tools. This can be done by launching ArcMap from Workflow Manager or using the Job List to activate a job.
There is a series of productivity tools available for you to interact with the jobs in the Workflow Manager repositories.
Add Data—Adds data to ArcMap from the current data workspace and from the current job version
- Zoom To AOI —Zooms the current map to the area of interest for the current job
