Log codes overview
Log code number ranges are associated with certain types of messages. Codes below 10000 are logged by the server object manager (SOM). Codes between 10000 and 100000 pertain to services, and codes above 100000 are core ArcObjects component-related messages that may also be used in ArcGIS Engine or ArcGIS Desktop.
