Creating new product class versions

Product class versions can be created to accommodate different versions of a product class with which you are working. For example, if you are working on version 3.1.1.0 of a product and version 3.1.2.0 has been developed, you can add 3.1.2.0 as a product class that you can choose on the Definition pane on the Class Properties dialog box.

Aside from adding the version number to the Product Class Version drop-down list, adding a product class allows you to choose which tables, datasets, and feature classes are included in the version.
