Choosing a field to use for labeling grids

You can label the cells using any attribute on the polygon grid. By default, the grid is labeled using a combination of the row number, which is identified using a letter, and the column number, which is identified with a number. For example, the cell numbers would be A1, B2, and so forth.

Schritte:
  1. Start ArcMap.
    TippTipp:

    If the ArcMap - Getting Started dialog box appears, you can open a new or existing map document. You can also check the Do not show this dialog box in the future check box and click Open.

  2. If necessary, load data in the map.
  3. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Data Reviewer.
  4. Click the Reviewer Overview Window button Reviewer Overview Window on the Data Reviewer toolbar.

    The Reviewer Overview Window appears as a docked window in ArcMap.

  5. Right-click inside the Reviewer Overview Window and click Properties.

    The Reviewer Overview Window Properties dialog box appears.

  6. Click the Field to Label drop-down arrow and choose an attribute field you want to use for labeling.
  7. To display the labels in the grid, check the Label Grid check box.
    TippTipp:

    To disable the grids, you can right-click in the Reviewer Overview Window and click Label Grids again.

  8. Click OK.
