Changing the font properties

Formatting options allow you to center, right or left justify, bold, superscript, and perform other font property changes to the text.

Schritte:
  1. Start ArcMap.

    If the ArcMap - Getting Started dialog box appears, you can open a new or existing map document. You can also check the Do not show this dialog box in the future check box and click Open.

  2. Open a map document with dynamic text or add dynamic text to the map.
  3. Double-click the dynamic text element you want to edit on the map sheet.

    The Dynamic Text Properties dialog box appears.

  4. Click the Dynamic Text tab.
  5. Highlight the text in the dialog box.
  6. Click the Bold, Italic, or Underline button to change the appearance of the text.
  7. Click the justification button for your text.
    • Align all text left
    • Align all text center
    • Align all text right
  8. Click the superscript button Superscript button to make the text superscript.
  9. Click the subscript button Subscript button to make the text subscript.
  10. Click the All Caps button All Caps to toggle the text to all capitals or back to normal text.
  11. Click the font drop-down arrow and choose the font you want to use.
  12. Click the Size drop-down arrow and choose the size for the font.
  13. Click Color to choose different colors from the palette.
  14. Click the Zoom drop-down arrow to choose the zoom level.
  15. Click OK when you are finished.
