Checking in templates or products

You must check a series template or product .mxd file in to the product library when you are finished modifying it.

When you check in the .mxd file, you can choose whether or not to increase the minor version number for it. If you choose to check the file in with a version number, it appears as a new version on the History pane of the product's properties. You can also choose to overwrite the current version of the .mxd so the number does not increase.
