Printing a task assistant workflow in ArcCatalog
Use ArcCatalog to print task assistant workflows for distribution. You can opt to display check boxes next to each workflow step. Printed distribution allows workflow verification with users prior to system deployment.
Schritte:
- Start ArcCatalog.
- Navigate to a task assistant workflow file.
- Click the Preview tab.
By default, the Preview drop-down list is set to Workflow. The task assistant workflow is displayed.
- Change the Preview drop-down option to Workflow Summary.
This view displays only the step name and step description. The tree view structure of the workflow is honored with indents.
- Right-click in the Workflow Summary window.
A shortcut menu displays three options:
- Show with Checkboxes
- Print Preview
- Optionally, click Show with Checkboxes.
A check box is displayed next to each workflow step.
- Choose Print or Print Preview to generate a hard copy of the task assistant workflow.
