Setting up snapping for a step

Snapping properties can be configured to help streamline a workflow for the end user.

Schritte:

1. Click to highlight the step to configure in the Task Assistant window.
2. Click the Designer tab.
3. Click the cell next to Snapping and click the ellipsis (...) that appears.

   The Snapping Item Editor dialog box appears.

4. Highlight each snapping setting that needs to be configured.
5. Click the drop-down arrow in the cell next to the setting and choose an appropriate value.
Tipp:

If you want to set all snap settings to the same value (On, Off, or Unchanged):

1. Check the Set All check box.
2. Choose the value from the drop-down box.
3. Click Set to apply the settings.

6. Click OK.
