Filled leader callout

Purpose

This sample shows how to extend ArcObjects to build a custom text background. ArcMap includes the following text backgrounds:

Balloon callout
Line callout
Marker text background
Simple line callout

The custom text background in this sample is a filled leader callout and is similar to the balloon callout except, as its name suggests, the leader can be filled with a symbol that differs from the balloon.
