Create valid polylines

Purpose

This sample code demonstrates how to do the following:

Create a multipart polyline using path via ISegmentCollection (createMultipartPolylinePathSegmentCollection)
Create a multipart polyline using path via IPointCollection (createMultipartPolylinePathPointCollection)
