Create new TIN

Purpose

This developer sample describes how to create a triangular irregular network (TIN) when there is already an existing TIN. It creates a TIN that is one quarter (1/4) the size of the original.

How to use

1. Run the sample application. A new TIN is created.
2. Review the output messages.
