Create a custom geographic transformation

Purpose This sample demonstrates how to create a custom geographic (datum) transformation. The Coordinate Frame method is used, which is a seven parameter equation-based method. This sample also demonstrates how to create predefined projected coordinate systems with the Spatial Reference Factory.
