Compute the slope of a raster dataset

Purpose

This sample demonstrates how to build and persist the slope map raster dataset of a digital elevation model (DEM).
 
The following values are used in this sample application:

Input raster dataset
Slope dataset

The slope of the raster dataset exists with the name you give it.
