Defining a default value for compilation scale of features

The value set determines the default value to be populated in the Compilation Scale field for an inserted feature during an edit session. This value can be modified while editing features in ArcMap by accessing the Production Properties dialog box during an edit session.

Pasos:
  1. Start ArcMap.

    If the ArcMap - Getting Started dialog box appears, you can open a new or existing map document. You can also check the Do not show this dialog box in the future check box and click Open.

  2. On the main menu, click Customize > Production > Production Properties.

    The Production Properties dialog box appears.

  3. Click Nautical Properties.
  4. Click the cell next to Compilation Scale Value.
  5. Type the product scale you want when editing in the Compilation Scale field.
    NotaNota:

    The Compilation Scale Value can be set to the compilation scale of the product you are editing in. The compilation scale (CSCL) can be found in the PLTS_DSPM table under the CSCL field.

  6. Click OK.
