Tracking Server and Tracking Analyst have the capability to use tables of data to trigger actions. This provides the advantage of being able to use a list of values as criteria for your actions.

Steps:
  1. Click the Actions tab in Tracking Server Manager.
  2. Click the tracking service that you want to create an action for.
  3. On the Filter Action Parameters dialog box, select either Attribute Query or Attribute AND Location Query.
  4. Click the Query Builder button. The Query Builder dialog box opens.
  5. Build your statement using the In button. The tables you have added will appear in a cascading menu and you can select the attribute to query on.
  6. Click Apply and click Close.
  7. Click OK on the Filter Action Parameters dialog box.
  8. Give the action a new name (if desired).
  9. Click OK to close the Action Property Page Properties dialog box.
