Previous Reports

Previous Reports provides access to ordered reports and custom PDF maps. The ordered reports include access to all-in-one PDFs and reports that you have previously run for up to 90 days and are stored in the Ordered Reports tab. Ordered Reports includes the report name, site name, format, site folder, order number, and the order date along with the ability to sort. You can also delete previous reports. The custom PDF maps are created using the Create PDF button on the Map Tool Palette and are stored in the Custom PDF Maps tab. Custom PDF Maps include the report name and order date as well as the ability to delete the maps.

To access Previous Reports, in the Get Reports pane, click Previous Reports.

The Previous Reports dialog box appears.

Accessing ordered reports

Steps:
  1. Click the Ordered Reports tab.
  2. To access a report, click the report name and the report appears.

    All-in-one PDFs are available and added to each order number in the order column.

    List of order numbers

    Reports with the same order number are combined in the all-in-one PDF.

    To sort, click the column heading, and the list is sorted.

Deleting ordered reports

Steps:
  1. Check the check box to the left of the report name.

    To select all the reports, check the check box to the left of Report Name and all check boxes will automatically be checked.

  2. Click Delete Selected.

Accessing custom PDF maps

Steps:
  1. Click the Custom PDF Maps tab.
  2. The list of PDF maps created using the Create PDF button on the Map Tool Palette appear in the list.
    To sort, click the column heading and the list is sorted.

Deleting custom PDF maps

Steps:
  1. Check the check box to the left of the report name.

    To select all the reports, check the check box to the left of Report Name and all check boxes will automatically be checked.

  2. Click Delete Selected.
