Uninstalling ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework

The following steps will guide you through an uninstallation of ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework (ArcGIS Server 10 - GIS Services and ArcGIS Server 10 - Web Applications setups):

Steps:
  1. On Windows Server 2003, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Program; on Windows XP, go to Start > Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove Programs; on Windows Vista and Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel (switch to Classic View, if necessary) > Programs and Features; on Windows Server 2008, click Start > Control Panel (switch to Classic View, if necessary) > Programs and Features.
  2. Select ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework 10 - GIS Services from the Programs list. If ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework 10 - Web Applications is installed, perform steps 2 and 3 again, this time selecting ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework 10 - Web Applications for removal.
  3. Select Remove to remove ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework 10 - GIS Services from this machine. Select Change to install or uninstall specific installation components. See Adding additional installation components for information on adding and removing installation features.
  4. If you do not want to apply your ArcGIS Server configuration (for example, server objects) to your next ArcGIS Server installation, delete the .cfg files located at <ArcGIS Server installation location>\Server10.0\server\user\cfg.
