Setting language and region

The website can be viewed with your preferred language and region. Language determines the user interface as well as the way time, date, and numerical values appear. Region sets the featured maps on the home page, content in the gallery, and the default extent of new maps in the ArcGIS.com map viewer.

Language

The website supports the following languages: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified Han), Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. You can set the language in your browser or through your user profile. Most browsers have a language setting in the Options menu; check your browser's Help for the specific steps. The user profile setting takes priority over the browser setting.
