Loading ArcGIS for AutoCAD

To load ArcGIS for AutoCAD use the NETLOAD command during an AutoCAD session.

Steps:

1. Right-click the AutoCAD program icon or shortcut and click Run as administrator.

   The AutoCAD application starts.

2. Type NETLOAD at the command prompt.
3. Browse to the ArcGIS for AutoCAD 250 program folder.

   For example: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS for AutoCAD 250.

4. Select the ArcGISForAutoCAD.dll and click Open.

   ArcGIS for AutoCAD is unloaded when you exit the AutoCAD application.

Note:

ArcGIS for AutoCAD requires administrator access to perform map service functions.
